MyTime is a facilitated peer support program for parents and carers of children with disability, developmental delay, or chronic medical conditions.

MyTime is a place to:
  • Connect with people who 'get' it
  • Feel understood
  • Share ideas and experiences
  • Access quality information and resources
  • Unwind and take care of yourself

Who is MyTime for?

MyTime groups are for all parents and family carers of children under the age of 18 that need a higher level of care than other children.

MyTime groups are not restricted to parents of children with particular additional needs.

What happens in a MyTime group?

It's up to you! Members plan the sessions around their specific needs. Each group has between 5 and 12 members that meet weekly during the school term.

It's not necessary to attend every session - you can choose to go when you have time.
